Managing loan application workflows, the full-time hourly Senior Loan Fulfillment Specialist will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of applications while providing proactive communication and support to applicants in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Process loan applications and handle applicant communications with care and urgency Review and validate critical documents to ensure compliance and accuracy prior to decisioning Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address application issues and improve workflow efficiency Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a loan origination environment Ability to manage large application volumes while maintaining accuracy Strong time management skills and attention to detail Adaptability to changing priorities and process updates Positive mindset with a focus on the applicant experience
