Paramedic – Ambulance (NO EMTs)
Location: Laramie, Wyoming
Assignment Details:
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Varies (All Shifts)
• Setting: Ambulance / Emergency Medical Services
• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital Support
Requirements:
• Active Paramedic License (Wyoming or Compact/Eligible)
• Minimum 1 year Paramedic experience required
• EMT candidates will NOT be considered
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Holiday coverage required
Role Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care within Paramedic scope of practice
• Administer emergency medications per state protocols
• Perform full patient assessments and prioritize care
• Document care accurately using WATRS system
• Maintain ambulance readiness and supply stock
• Assist hospital departments when needed under supervision
• Follow Wyoming State Paramedic Scope of Practice guidelines
Important Note:
• Only Paramedics with 1+ year experience will be considered
• EMT submissions will be automatically rejected
