Job Summary
A well-established gourmet market and restaurant operation in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Butcher to join its full-time team. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a skilled meat cutter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, product presentation, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities - Cut, trim, bone, grind, and prepare beef, pork, poultry, and other meats according to quality standards.- Wrap, weigh, label, price, and display meat products in an organized and attractive manner.
- Prepare custom meat orders and assist customers with product recommendations and cut selections.
- Receive, inspect, rotate, and properly store incoming meat deliveries to maintain freshness and food safety.
- Follow sanitation, cleanliness, and food handling procedures throughout the meat department.
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient daily operations and an excellent customer experience. Compensation and Benefits - $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
