Inventory Coordinator

Material Handler

We are seeking a Material Handler to support production by ensuring materials are available when and where they are needed. Responsibilities include conducting cycle counting, moving materials, picking and pulling parts for production lines, unloading and stocking materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and stand-up forklift experience. Manufacturing warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Stand-up forklift experience required
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, filters, and conditional formatting
• Manufacturing warehouse experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Use material tracking systems to maintain inventory accuracy
• Move materials throughout the facility
• Pick and pull parts for production lines
• Unpack and replenish inventory
• Utilize Excel to track inventory, analyze data, and support reporting
• Support continuous improvement of material flow processes

This role is ideal for someone with strong inventory control, warehouse, forklift, and Excel skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
