Key Responsibilities Assess and address patients' physical and psychological needs Develop individualized care plans and oversee care delivery Communicate compassionately with patients and families Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory guidelines Supervise LPNs and CNAs, participate in team conferences Utilize therapeutic interventions and technology in care management Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited Nursing program Current RN license and BLS certification Strong communication, manual dexterity, and physical stamina Ability to operate medical equipment and document care accurately Willingness to participate in ongoing education and team activities This role is based in a Med/Surg unit caring for diverse medical and surgical patients, with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and leadership within a supportive team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Here
