The facility is a 295-bed acute care facility, serving a diverse patient population. The unit offers a range of healthcare services with a focus on advanced medical care and patient safety. The staff includes healthcare professionals across various specialties ensuring comprehensive care. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 4:1 during the day shift and 5:1 during the night shift. The role may require floating to other departments within a 25-mile radius of the facility. Candidates should possess a strong commitment to quality patient care and teamwork.
