Zebra Devices Desktop Support Technician (Onsite Distribution Center) Position Overview We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands‑on IT support within a large distribution center environment. This role serves as the primary onsite IT contact, supporting warehouse operations, office staff, and critical technology across a high-volume hardware environment. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite desktop and end-user support throughout the distribution center and office spaces. Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving: Windows-based workstations Zebra scanners, printers, and mobile devices Time clocks and warehouse technology Support a large-scale hardware environment consisting of 2,000-3,000+ endpoints. Manage and resolve incidents through ServiceNow. Perform device deployments, replacements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance. Provide basic audio/visual support, including conference room technology and Cisco WebEx-enabled devices. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to prioritize incidents and manage support queues. Maintain a high level of customer service and serve as the primary onsite IT resource. Required Qualifications 1-3 years of IT support experience. Experience providing hands‑on desktop support, field support, or onsite technical support. Strong troubleshooting experience with: Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) Laptops, desktops, printers, and related hardware Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, operational environment. Comfortable walking the facility and standing for extended periods throughout the day. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting technology in a distribution center, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment. Candidates need to live in or near the Ellabell or Savannah region, as this is on‑site. Hands‑on experience with Zebra devices, including scanners, printers, and mobile computers. Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. Experience with endpoint management and support tools. Exposure to audio/visual technologies, including Cisco WebEx conference room solutions.
