Responsibilities Support senior bankers in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the three coverage groups: Financial Sponsors, Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (REGAL) and Industrial Services. Drive the execution process across the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial deal origination through closing. Prepare client presentations, pitch books and financial analyses, including the development, management and review of financial models, valuation analyses and transaction documentation. Ensure accuracy in deliverables while adhering to execution timelines. Mentor analysts and support talent development initiatives. Actively participate in client meetings and deal discussions. Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business or a related field – required. Master’s Degree / MBA – preferred. Work Experience: 3+ years in finance, business or a related sector – required. Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with preference for experience in Financial Sponsors, Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (REGAL) and/or Industrial Services. Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling and valuation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team player and self‑starter. Strong interest and knowledge of AI tools and capabilities – preferred. Certifications: Active FINRA Licenses 7 and 63 required at or shortly upon start date. Compensation Base Pay Range: Minimum $175,000.00 USD – Maximum $225,000.00 USD. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications and location.
