Infectious Disease Physician

Seeking a BC/BE Infectious Disease Physician to join inpatient consult only service. This is a hospital based role with a predictable schedule, manageable consult volume, and minimal outpatient responsibilities. This position will share coverage of Inpatient Infectious Disease with other community physicians who will cover every other week.

This position is ideal for physicians who enjoy complex inpatient medicine and want a balanced lifestyle with a true 7 on/7 off model.

Position Highlights

• 7 on / 7 off schedule
• Consult only no admissions, no primary service
• 8 10 consults per day
• 100% hospital based (no travel between facilities)
• day outpatient clinic per week for discharge follow ups only
• No chronic outpatient panel
• No outpatient call or remote coverage during off weeks
