Job Description

• Oversee daily on-site operations across multiple projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain project momentum
• Enforce safety and quality standards in line with company and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain and update construction schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant

• 4+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor
• Proven success managing ground-up tiltwall or light industrial projects
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Familiarity with construction technology and software
• Willingness to travel across the Southern U.S.
• Relevant experience with a general contractor required
