Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

To support a growing digital marketing team, the full-time Senior Digital Marketing Strategist will plan and execute paid media programs, build reporting infrastructure for digital performance, and manage the marketing funnel while working remotely. Key responsibilities Plan and execute paid media programs including search and LinkedIn advertising, partnering with agencies for performance execution Build and manage reporting infrastructure for digital and content performance, facilitating quarterly reviews and analysis for senior leadership Collaborate with the VP of Digital to manage the marketing funnel, identifying friction points and conversion opportunities at each stage Required qualifications 5-8 years of in-house B2B marketing experience, preferably in a mid-stage startup Hands-on expertise in paid search (Google Ads) and LinkedIn advertising; familiarity with programmatic channels is a plus Strong command of marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms, with HubSpot experience preferred Solid understanding of the full marketing funnel from acquisition through nurture to sales handoff Experience managing agency execution and comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy
