Family Medicine Physician

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and pediatric patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform minor procedures as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff to support coordinated care.
• Document thoroughly and accurately in the electronic health record.
• Initiate specialty referrals when clinically indicated.
• Contribute to clinical workflow and process improvement.
• Support inpatient or on-call coverage if applicable.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an approved residency program.
• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license.
• Active Florida Medicaid enrollment.
• Current DEA registration and required Florida credentials.
• Board certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of direct primary care experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team-oriented approach.
• Comfort with EHR systems and standard clinical technology.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
