Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist – Chromatography is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role focuses on managing inbound and outbound sales activities, identifying and qualifying leads, and supporting customers with chromatography product selection and application guidance. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The Inside Sales Specialist collaborates closely with field sales, marketing, and technical support teams to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen long-term relationships. The role also involves monitoring market trends, contributing to sales campaigns, and providing feedback to enhance products and services. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with experience managing pipelines and converting inquiries into opportunities. Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on responsive support and relationship building. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry, or a related scientific field; equivalent experience in chromatography or life sciences sales may be considered. Knowledge of chromatography techniques (e.g., HPLC, GPC, process chromatography) and related laboratory workflows is highly beneficial. Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office productivity software, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
