What We Offer: High trial exposure with autonomy and support Significant opportunity for advancement within a growing firm Collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment Qualifications: 710+ years of experience in civil litigation Experience with contract drafting and transactional work preferred Real estate law experience is a plus Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school Active Florida Bar license in good standing Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to help build a best-in-class litigation team Key Responsibilities: Manage a docket of civil litigation and transactional matters from inception through resolution Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and trials Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents Collaborate with senior attorneys and firm leadership to drive case strategy and execution Communicate proactively and effectively with clients Contribute to the ongoing development of litigation processes and systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
