Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent IT projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases
• Manage project schedules, scope, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource coordination
• Coordinate technical teams including infrastructure, application development, database, cloud, security, and vendor resources
• Facilitate project governance activities including status reporting and executive communications
• Develop and maintain project artifacts including project charters, schedules, RAID logs, work plans, meeting minutes, and status reports

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience with demonstrated success in infrastructure-focused projects
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies including PMI, Agile, and Hybrid approaches
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional technical teams
• Excellent risk management, issue management, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with infrastructure modernization, data center migration, and technology platform upgrades
• Familiarity with Windows Server, SQL Server, .NET platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools
• Preferred: PMP certification and public sector or government experience
