What You'll Do

As a Personal Care Aide, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Helping clients with mobility and ensuring their safety, including the ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance their quality of life.
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate team members.
• Supporting light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and errands as required.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a positive impact. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 3 years of experience in a caregiving or personal aide role.
• The ability to lift up to 30 lbs comfortably.
• A caring and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• A commitment to providing respectful and dignified care.
