Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) for a school-based position near Zion, Illinois (Beach Park area). This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced SLPs and new graduates looking for CFY supervision and mentorship in a supportive, collaborative school environment.

Overview
•Caseload: 25–30 students
•Setting: Resource program
•Grade Level: Kindergarten – 5th Grade
•Location: 1 school site (no travel required)
Qualifications
•Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
•Eligible for Illinois SLP license
•CFY candidates welcome (supervision available)
•ASHA CCC-SLP preferred for licensed candidates
•Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
•Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
•Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
•Conduct evaluations, screenings, and re-evaluations
•Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
•Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
•Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents
•Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
