Maintenance Manager $60000 - $80000 per year | Greenwood, AR | On-site | Permanent Maintenance Manager Opportunity With Growing Packaging Company / $60,000-$80,000 Annually + Full Benefits A bit about us: A family-owned corrugated packaging manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead its plant maintenance department. This is a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance leader who enjoys developing technicians, improving preventive maintenance programs, and building a reliable operation. The position is primarily focused on leadership, planning, coaching, and maintenance administration with some hands‑on repairs. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a small maintenance department and make a visible impact within a growing, family-owned manufacturing operation. Why join us? $60,000-80,000, depending on experience Medical and dental benefits after 60 days 401(k) with a 4% company contribution Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Can be flexible) Job Details Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop three maintenance technicians Assign work and coordinate maintenance coverage Evaluate and improve the existing preventive maintenance program Increase PM completion and improve afternoon maintenance planning Oversee Isowa, S&S, and other corrugated converting equipment Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, records, and equipment documentation Improve spare- parts inventory organization and availability Coordinate with vendors, contractors, production, and plant leadership Proactively identify equipment concerns before they cause downtime Support equipment upgrades, installations, and facility improvements Promote a safe, accountable, and proactive maintenance culture Qualifications Maintenance leadership experience in corrugated manufacturing Direct experience with corrugated converting equipment Experience coaching and developing maintenance technicians Strong preventive maintenance planning and scheduling experience Knowledge of maintenance tracking systems and parts inventory Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to balance production demands with planned maintenance Availability to support the facility outside normal hours when necessary Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
