Medical AssistantWe are seeking a Medical Assistant for a 13-week long-term assignment to support a busy medical office. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and able to work both standard 8-hour and extended 10-hour shifts based on business needs.Travel is a key component of this role —the candidate must have a reliable personal vehicle. While the primary office is located in Farmington, CT, frequent travel to Glastonbury, Hartford, Plainville, Avon, and Cheshire is required.Schedule may consist of either:Five 8-hour days (approx. 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)Four 10-hour days (approx. 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)Final schedule released 1–2 weeks in advanceHourly Rate: $20.00 – $25.00/hrProvide clinical support including patient intake, vital signs, and assisting with proceduresNavigate and document in Epic (if applicable)Maintain high-quality patient care standards across multiple office locationsSupport physicians and care teams in a fast-paced surgical or outpatient environmentMinimum 1 year of recent Medical Assistant experience (required)Experience in a surgical office setting (preferred)Familiarity with Epic EMR (preferred)Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
