Schedule & Hours:

• 1st Shift, Monday through Friday
• 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Your key responsibilities will include overseeing pharmacy operations, managing and training a dedicated team of pharmacists and technicians, and ensuring prescriptions are accurately reviewed for patient safety. You will also be responsible for medication inventory management, including controlled substances, and maintaining thorough pharmacy records. Developing and enforcing pharmacy policies, quality assurance protocols, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes will be integral to your role.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current, active Illinois pharmacist license
• Experience in pharmacy management or as Pharmacist in Charge
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency with Mckesson Enterprise software preferred
