**Job Title: Bistro Attendant**

**Job Summary:**
A dynamic and customer-focused Bistro Attendant is needed to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests by ensuring high standards of service and contributing to the overall atmosphere of our bistro. The Bistro Attendant will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bistro, and assisting with food and beverage preparation and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems, and provide menu recommendations as needed.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to company standards and guest preferences.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and any buffet setups.
- Assist in the preparation of simple food and beverage items as required.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints quickly and effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions accurately.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bistro for breakfast, lunch, or special events.
- Continuously monitor the bistro area to ensure a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for guests and staff.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
