As a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager, you will provide exceptional patient care and lead a team of healthcare professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a designated medical unit, ensuring that patient needs are met, and that high-quality care is delivered. Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients
- Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standard of care
Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of New York
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
