Elwood Staffing is looking for a driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, develop a high-performing team, grow customer relationships, and drive sales and profitability.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, building business, and making a direct impact in the community.

What You'll Do
Lead the overall sales, operations, and profitability of the branch
Coach, develop, and hold your recruiting team accountable for results
Support new business development and strengthen existing client relationships
Ensure recruiting and service goals are met
Develop team members through ongoing coaching, training, and feedback
Monitor branch performance and implement plans to improve results
Maintain strong relationships with clients, associates, and On-Site teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations
What We're Looking For
Previous management, supervisory, or team-lead experience
Staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to client and prospect locations
