Position Details

• Deliver focused speech therapy interventions addressing language, fluency, voice, and swallowing issues.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and family members to integrate care plans.
• Provide educational resources for patients and their families to encourage continued improvement beyond scheduled therapies.
• Support occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions to maintain seamless care during the recovery process.
• Ensure timely and precise documentation, complying with all pertinent regulations and standards.
• Engage in professional development opportunities and peer support to keep abreast of the latest industry advancements.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• A successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Key Licenses and Certification

• State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hiring.
