About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the financial, human resources, and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for budget and planning, auxiliary services, controller and financial services, treasury, and human resources, and must demonstrate a strong understanding and advocacy for robust financial governance. The role requires a leader with a results-driven approach, a proven track record in complex financial roles, and a background in financial leadership. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, entrepreneurial, and possess exceptional financial, strategic, and interpersonal skills, emphasizing innovation, efficiency, and collaboration. Candidates for the CFO/SVP position at the company should be tenacious, adaptable, and analytical, incorporating industry best practices while ensuring strong financial oversight.
