This is a Hybrid Position (3 days in the office/ 2 days from home)
Job pay $30 an hour to start (Based on experience), to $40 an hour after 90 day probation period, and benefits.
Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of staff director at our new expansion location in Fort Myers, FL! If you are looking for an exciting place to work, please take a look at the list of qualifications below.
We are looking for a Staff Director who oversees our personnel operations, guiding administrative strategies and developing team training. You will act as a strategic bridge between executive leadership and department managers. Core responsibilities include shaping workforce policies, optimizing organizational structure, and evaluating performance metrics.
Responsibilities for staff director
- Able to communicate at all levels in the corporate hierarchy

- Play an active role to help our organization advance on its commitment to diversity, which can take different forms at different times but includes actively participating in the recruitment and selection process, living our core values
- Gain a deep understanding of our staff expectations for diversity, equity and inclusiveness as outlined in our employment policies, freedoms and mutual responsibilities, performance management system, team goals and core values
- Conduct research to uncover existing systems of rewards and negative consequences
- Conduct analyses to determine which expectations staff members struggle most to meet and which expectations staff members are meeting at the highest levels
- Develop a data-informed point of view for systems of individual, team and org rewards for meeting or exceeding expectations and negative consequences to encourage desired behavior
- Develop and execute efficient, transparent and collaborative methods to conduct research
- Actively contribute to the Staff Diversity Strategy Team’s and the Human Assets Team’s priorities, helping to adapt priorities, increase our effectiveness and efficiency, maintain and build trust and effectively implement our systems and process
Qualifications for staff director
- High level of dependability with a sense of urgency and results-orientation
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple practices and locations from inception through completion
- Ability to exercise excellent judgment and a high level of discretion, including the ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive and responsible manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to effectively communicate with senior level leadership
- Prior experience developing and managing diversity and inclusion strategies a plus
- Technical skills in supply chain design, product postponement, materials and inventory management, production scheduling, order and logistics management, direct and indirect procurement
