Aahs Signs & Graphics is an established commercial printing and signage company serving major retailers, businesses, and organizations throughout the country.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on manager who takes ownership, makes decisions, solves problems, and knows how to get results through others.

We're not looking for someone who simply completes assigned tasks. We're looking for someone who takes responsibility for getting things done.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate our customer service and front-office team.
• Oversee customer orders, estimates, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Make sound day-to-day decisions without requiring constant supervision.
• Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with production to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
• Delegate responsibilities, establish priorities, and hold employees accountable.
• Identify problems early and develop practical solutions.
• Improve workflows, customer service, and overall efficiency.
• Take ownership of projects from initial inquiry through completion.

Experience in commercial printing, signage, manufacturing, or production is strongly preferred, but exceptional management ability is our highest priority.

Within your first 90 days, we expect you to understand our operations, establish strong relationships with employees and customers, independently resolve routine issues, and demonstrate measurable improvements in front-office efficiency.
