This unique individual will be working directly with operations, service teams, roofing contractors, and our customers. Job Type: Full-Time Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person / Visiting job sites around the Houston and surrounding areas. Job Description: A Service Technician is responsible for performing roofing Inspections, general repairs, maintaining site cleanliness, working with sub-contractor crews, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards. Our Service Technician has the customer in mind, and are the \"Face\" of Eldridge with our customers and partners. Project Responsibilities: Working teams to complete customer builds from start to finish Ensuring you and your team complete the project to the highest quality standards Ensuring you and the crew comply with safety standards Ensuring you and the crew maintain the \"Eldridge\" quality standards Correctly Completing our quality assurance checklists Required Skills/Abilities: Have at least 2 years in roofing, construction, or new home construction experience. Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery. Excellent leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent Considerate Listening AND Emotional Intellegnce. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
