American Building Development is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer or Structural Engineer with experience in residential and multi-family construction, specializing in decks, balconies, structural footings, and reinforcement design. Requirements Active PE License (Civil or Structural) Required Experience designing deck and balcony structural systems Knowledge of footings, post foundations, framing, and structural reinforcement Ability to prepare structural calculations and stamped drawings Familiarity with California Building Code (CBC) Experience working with building departments and permit applications Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software Responsibilities Prepare structural engineering plans and calculations Evaluate existing structures and provide reinforcement solutions Design footings, beams, posts, and framing systems Provide stamped drawings for permit approval Coordinate with contractors and project managers during construction #J-18808-Ljbffr American Building Development
