Summary:


The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to the production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost , etc .


Responsibilities:

• Pillars of success: Timeliness, diligence and proofing work, clear/consistent communication, self-initiated investigations into issues while developing solutions independently, working collaboratively with the finance team, and engaging with team culture.
• Submit daily pricing & audit claim /credits in SAP/ERP platform to submit and clear high volume deductions for Retail and Pro business channels.
• Aggregate and submit claim information.
• Perform end-to-end internal and external financial audit of Lowe's monthly/annual program billing.
• Identify root cause, investigate, and develop solutions for pricing variance events.
• Ability to present analyses/findings in clear, simple terms to Finance and Executive Leadership in weekly and monthly meetings.
• Provide recommendations on pricing/audit validation process improvements; create process improvement plans.
• Document processes and store in historical repository for future use in training and post-audit validations. Lead trainings on said processes.
• Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports.
• Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.
• Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, and future trends in investment risks .

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Dispute Process with external stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Excel required
• Ability to understand complex financial and operational processes
