Fast Track to Store Manager
Were looking for someone who can handle customers, support the shop, and grow into a leadership role.
What Youll Do
- Customer service + phone calls
- Write estimates and sell work
- Support basic services (oil, tires, maintenance)
- Help manage daily shop operations
- Keep the store organized and running smoothly
- 2+ years automotive experience
- Service writing or sales experience
- Strong communication and leadership mindset
- Reliable, organized, and ready to grow
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work multiple locations
- Salary + performance bonus
- Bi-weekly pay
- Clear path to Store Manager

- 5-day work week
