Elite Executive Partners is growing, and we’re looking for another Recruiter to join our team in downtown Sioux City. In this role, you’ll manage recruiting for several clients and open positions at once. Most of the businesses we support are rooted in Siouxland, with additional searches outside the area. The work is varied. You may conduct a quick search for an Electrician while also managing longer-term searches for Accountants, HR professionals, Estimators, Project Managers, Maintenance Managers, Plant Managers, and other professional or skilled positions. Some roles can be filled quickly. Others require weeks of research, outreach, and relationship-building to find the right person. Our clients range from large, multisite manufacturers to small, family-owned industrial service companies, law firms, medical offices, and other local businesses. Every search is different, and you’ll gain an inside look at how many different organizations operate. What You’ll Do Manage multiple clients and open positions simultaneously. Learn each client’s business, culture, and hiring needs. Research and identify potential candidates. Review applications and conduct candidate interviews. Proactively reach out to passive candidates. Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Present qualified candidates to clients. Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent follow-up. Keep recruiting activity and candidate records organized and up to date. Partner with the Elite team to solve difficult hiring challenges. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organization and follow-through. Curiosity and an interest in learning about different businesses and careers. Good judgment when evaluating candidates and handling confidential information. Confidence managing multiple priorities and changing needs. The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Recruiting, staffing, sales, human resources, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Recruiting experience would be wonderful, but it isn’t the only path into this role. Curiosity, sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to genuinely connect with people matter just as much.
