This position offers a competitive base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 , along with quarterly bonuses ranging from $1,500 to $6,000 based on growth in the commercial department. Complete and submit applications to carriers, ensuring timely receipt of quotations and policies. Issue and verify binders, certificates, policies, and endorsements, and forward them to clients with necessary correspondence. Determine and manage billing, invoicing clients, and handling collection tasks. Prepare insurance summaries, schedules, and proposals as required. Process renewals, reviews, and audits of policies to ensure accuracy and initiate corrections when needed. Address and resolve requests for cancellations, acting to retain accounts where possible. Identify loss exposures and recommend suitable coverage options alongside producers.
