Sales Associate

Overview Tommy Bahama is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to represent our island‑inspired brand, lead a team, and provide exceptional guest service in a relaxed, fun environment. Responsibilities Create a relaxed destination – greet all guests with a friendly smile and help them find merchandise based on their needs. Learn and share current product knowledge, giving prompt recommendations and professional service to enhance the shopping experience. Emphasize brand direction and inform guests of current marketing programs and upcoming events. Participate in all store‑related meetings and work toward exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management. Qualifications 2+ years of guest and sales experience. Strong “get things done” mindset. Natural collaborator able to identify opportunities and take initiative. High School diploma or GED. Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business. Physical Requirements Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently. Bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders required. Routine standing for the duration of shift (up to 8 hours). Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
