Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in marketing while gaining hands-on experience in campaign execution, brand development, and market research.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to support campaign strategy.
- Track campaign performance and assist with preparing reports and presentations.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure marketing deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Support brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Assist with event-related marketing activities and promotional efforts.
- Maintain organized records, databases, and campaign documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing objectives.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing marketing projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
