• Evaluating patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and developing tailored treatment plans
• Implementing physical therapy interventions that enhance mobility, strength, balance, and functionality
• Collaborating closely with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to optimize patient outcomes
• Educating patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercise programs
• Documenting evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with applicable facility and regulatory standards
• Engaging actively in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure coordinated care

You will bring to the table:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from a recognized institution
• A state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Additional certifications (such as specialized training in neurological or geriatric therapy) are advantageous but not mandatory
