Description

• Perform evaluations in inpatient or outpatient environments and craft personalized treatment plans

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
