Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings while crafting customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs

• Work in concert with nurses, physicians, case managers, and various rehabilitation professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a similar degree from a recognized institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is highly regarded
