Certified Medical Assistant Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $860 - $920
• Location: Primary - Limerick, PA; Secondary - Phoenixville, PA (must be able to commute to both within 30 minutes). Philadelphia medical assistant job.
• Setting: Hospital / Outpatient Clinics (Primary Care, Oncology, OBGYN, Pediatrics, School Health)
• Schedule: 40 hours per week; rotating schedule including one evening shift (Monday or Tuesday until 7pm) and one Saturday morning (8am-12pm) per month
• Start Date: June 8, 2026
• Contract Duration: 14 weeks, with potential for permanent placement (temp-to-perm)
• On-site Position: Must be available to work in-person at clinic/hospital locations

CMA Job Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
• Ability to commute to both Limerick and Phoenixville locations within 30 minutes
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including one evening per week and one Saturday morning per month
• EPIC experience is a plus (experience with electronic health records / medical documentation)
• Must bring your own stethoscope if hired
• Must be ready to start compliance process immediately upon offer acceptance (medicals and drug screens within 72 hours)
• In-person interview required at either Limerick or Phoenixville location

Responsibilities - Medical Assistant / Clinical Support

• Rooming patients and preparing them for examinations (patient intake, vitals, history-taking)
• Managing patient calls, patient scheduling, and booking appointments
• Supporting providers across specialties including Primary Care, Oncology, OBGYN, Pediatrics, and School Health
• Performing administrative and clinical duties as assigned to support efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care
