Strategic Planning Consultant — Environmental Equity

The Oregon Environmental Council is soliciting proposals for a Strategic Planning Consultant to guide a comprehensive strategic plan through 2030. The consultant will lead community engagement efforts, drawing on expertise in environmental policy and a commitment to equity. Responsibilities include developing an adaptable plan, participating in board meetings, and providing a draft Strategic Plan by November 1, 2026. A budget of $25,000 is allocated for this proposal.
