Urology Physician – Hospital & Clinic

Compensation: Tier 1 - 24 Hour Call - $3895 per 24 hours, Call Back / Hourly - $400/hr.

Tier 2 - 24 Hour Call - $4365 per 24 hours, Call Back / Hourly - $410/hr.

Schedule

Coverage Needed: 1-2 Weeks Per Month

Monday-Thursday: Surgery, Clinic, and 24-Hour Call

Friday: Clinic Only – No Call

Monday-Thursday Schedule

Surgery: 7:00 AM-2:00 PM

Clinic: 3:00 PM-5:00 PM

24-Hour Call Coverage

Friday Schedule

Clinic: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

No Call

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive urology care in both hospital and clinic settings

Evaluate and manage clinic patients

Provide hospital emergency and admission coverage while on call

Perform scheduled surgical procedures

Must be able to see a minimum of 17 clinic patients per day

Must be able to maintain and fill available surgery slots

Requirements

Board Certified in Urology – Highly Preferred

Board Eligible Candidates Accepted Only if Recently Out of Residency and Expected to Obtain Board Certification Within 12 Months

Urology Residency – Required

Oregon License – Highly Preferred

Candidates Must Obtain Oregon License During Credentialing if Not Currently Licensed

BLS – Required

DEA – Required

Clean Malpractice History – Highly Preferred

Availability at Time of Name Clear – Highly Preferred
