Operations Assistant

Operations Assistant
Duties:
- Work with managers and other staff members to ensure that administrative tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently.
- Make phone calls and answer phones
- Provide customer support
- Complete paperwork
- Assist on the retail sales floor
- Key Holder with responsibility for closing or opening the store
- Supervise retail staff when managers are not available
- Must have knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- Valid driver's license
- Attention to detail is a must
