FOH Server

Description:
As a server, you will be expected to know all aspects of each front of the house station and provide exemplary customer service: You may be required to spend between 6-8 continuous hours participating in the following tasks during a shift.

Food runner - responsible for presentation, set-ups, expediting to tables, and communication with the kitchen
Backer- responsible for stocking portioning and preparing pastries, salads, quiches, bagels, desserts, etc.
Barista- responsible for making all beverages prepping and stocking supplies
Sandwich Bar- responsible for set up and execution of all orders, stock and break down the sandwich bar
Register 1 & 2 - successfully take orders and delegate tasks to ensure all orders are fulfilled
Catering- responsible for pulling all items for the next day's catering as well as ensuring everything is packed correctly before an order is delivered.
Stocking- responsible for maintaining stock levels of all items throughout the day as well as restock all zones at the end of the day
Closing & opening procedures

Requirements:
At least 6 months of continuous full-service restaurant server experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior employment references required.
Open schedule availability and ability to work weekends required. Available to work 4-5 days a week between the hours of 7:00am & 4pm.

Compensation increases as employees successfully complete our Café Skill Level Ladder. $9 per hour plus shared tips after 2 weeks training.
