What you’ll do Prepare individual and business tax returns accurately and on time Manage bookkeeping for a portfolio of small business clients — you should know bookkeeping inside and out Stay on top of filing deadlines and keep your work moving without being chased Work comfortably across our software and integrated systems, including AI-enabled tools that now run through nearly every platform we touch When you don’t know something, know how to find the answer — the information is at your fingingertips these days, and a big part of the job is judgment about where your time is actually needed versus what the tools can handle What we’re looking for Several years of hands-on tax preparation experience A credential strongly preferred — CPA or EA Strong bookkeeping fundamentals Tech-comfortable and resourceful, especially with AI and connected systems Self-driven, organized, and reliable about hitting deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
