Responsibilities include building relationships with new and existing customers, helping people protect what matters most through Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance, identifying customer needs and providing personalized coverage options, working with a fun, high-energy team that supports each other's success, and handling customer inquiries and providing timely responses.

Qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable, having a positive attitude and strong work ethic, sales experience preferred but not required, and the ability to obtain Florida Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (training provided). Licensed candidates are strongly preferred.
