We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Client Service Representative to provide outstanding client service, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to our agency’s growth. What You’ll Do Provide personalized, attentive service to existing clients and prospects Analyze client insurance needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products Identify sales opportunities and pivot from service to sales conversations seamlessly Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools Collaborate with the team to meet sales and retention goals Support marketing and outreach efforts as needed Who You Are Holds or is willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (we cover exam costs and provide continuing education support) Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Comfortable transitioning from client service to sales discussions Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus but not required Multilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) is a strong advantage Hourly pay $23 – $28 per hour (based on experience) Competitive commissions on sales generated Performance bonuses Health insurance 401(k) plan Paid holidays, vacation, and sick days Licensing exam reimbursement and continuing education support Flexible work schedule Ready to Grow Your Career?
