Future Opening: Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time • Garden Grove, CA ROLE DESCRIPTION: Alex Mora - State Farm Agent is seeking an organized and efficient specialist to fulfill administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers. As an Insurance Account Representative, your attention to detail, dedication to client relations, and sales‑mindfulness equip you for this versatile position. This role requires a motivated professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and supports the growth of the agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting development of the agency’s business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dedicated to customer service. Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Able to obtain Property and Casualty License. Able to obtain a Life/Health License. Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

BENEFITS:

Base Salary plus commission/bonus. Group health plan with $300 monthly allowance. Dental and vision, paid by owner. Group life $75,000, paid by owner. 401(k) with 4% match. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
