Parking Enforcement Officer

Parking Enforcement Officer Shift: Thursday - Monday 11:00 am to 7:30 pm Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Job Type: Part-Time Location: San Francisco, California Responsibilities Direct patrons to appropriate parking areas. Issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket. Process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets) according to company policy, including completing the applicable form. Complete daily shift paperwork by recording the number of transactions by parking rate, number of vehicles in and out of the facility, number of contract parkers, vehicles left in the facility, number of validated tickets and exception tickets. Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer, including maintaining a professional uniform, greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer upon exit. Perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested by local management according to the company’s maintenance checklists. Assist with other special projects assigned by location management. Must Haves You are at least 18 years old. High school degree preferred but not required. Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and in written correspondence. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and with parking customers. Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner. Availability during mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts. Good To Haves Customer service experience of at least 1 year.
