Approximately 25-35 hours a week. Wonderful preventative health care office in the Concord/Huntersville area. Chiro Touch Software proficiency a plus Manage front-desk duties, coordinate patient scheduling, maintain records, and—where permitted by state law—assist with therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation exercises under the direct guidance of the supervising chiropractor Front Office Duties Greet and check in patients; verify insurance coverage and collect payment information. Schedule and confirm appointments; manage patient recall lists. Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and practice management systems. Process payments, insurance claims, and enter charges into billing software. Order office and medical supplies as needed. Clinical Duties Prepare patients for treatment; take vitals (height, weight, BP). Assist chiropractor during examinations and therapies. Apply therapeutic modalities (e.g., heat, cold, ultrasound, electrical stimulation) as directed. Instruct and monitor patients through prescribed rehabilitation and home exercise programs. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment.
