You will learn to create campaigns across various channels including display, native, video, and CTV. You will also provide input to clients using insights from creative and tactic performance. Responsibilities Be prepared to learn and understand programmatic advertising techniques, strategies, and processes Optimize and edit ad copy Assist with new campaign setup and trafficking creative tags Assist in data‑driven campaign strategy by managing weekly reports and actively monitoring campaign KPIs Learn and perform creative analyses across accounts Learn and develop testing roadmaps for current clients Learn and use main DSP platforms; TheTradeDesk, StackAdapt, DV360 Role Requirements Deep interest in paid media/programmatic advertising Excellent oral and written communication skills Analytical with ability to analyze data Detail‑oriented Computer skills: understanding of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive Time management skills: ability to prioritize tasks for efficient execution Strong work ethic: must be self‑motivated and able to take initiative Ability to function in a team environment Monthly & quarterly team bonding activities Fun, savvy, and hard‑working team(s) Full‑remote flexibility Power Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team’s backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
